You can visit our concierge desk in the main lobby. The desk is available to assist with interpretive park and general guest service information.
We do not have an automated cash machine at the lodge. The nearest machine is located a short five minute drive outside the park entrance.
Bryce Canyon Airport, a small private field, is located about five miles from the lodge. Pick-up and drop-off services for guests is available for a fee. Contact the front desk at 435-834-8700 to make arrangements.
Our concierge, located in the main lobby, is happy to assist you with accessing and printing boarding passes for your next flight.
Business Services & Free WiFi:
There is free WiFi access in the main lobby and Valhalla Cafe. We are also happy to send or receive faxes for a nominal fee.
Food Delivery & Take-Out:
Our Valhalla Pizzeria will deliver directly to your room! If you're interested in eating from our main restaurant in the lodge though, they can prepare meals for take-out as well.
Explore Bryce Canyon by horse with our friends at Canyon Trail Rides, a separate park concession. You can arrange rides with them at their desk inside the lodge or you can call 435-679-8665. Visit our Horseback Rides page to learn more about the rides.
The General Store has a coin-operated laundry which is open from 9 am until about 5 pm (for the last load).
We are not able to hold luggage or any other packages. Please be aware that you may need to keep items in your vehicle before check-in at 4 pm or check-out at 11 am.
Mail Drop and Postage Stamps:
Postage stamps are available for purchase at the concierge desk. We can also accept overnight delivery packages. Please contact the front desk at 435-834-8700 for the shipping address.
Cell Phone Service:
Please be aware that cell service for calls or texting is extremely limited in the park. Depending on your provider, you may not be able to make or receive calls during your visit.
Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in any of our guest rooms or the main lodge. Dogs on a leash may accompany owners to the General Store porch. (Contact the front desk for a list of nearby kennels.)
As part of our Forever Earth Program, we go to great lengths to recycle in every phase of our lodging, food, and retail services here at Bryce Canyon National Park. We provide recycling containers in every guest room and public areas; we also encourage visitors to use these containers for glass, paper, and plastic. During your visit, please help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights when not in use, and to use water conservatively.
The General store has a pay-per-shower area for men and women, open from 9 am to about 5 pm.
