As a part of Forever Resorts, we share the National Park Service's commitment to the "Healthy Parks, Healthy People" Initiative. Our menus are designed with vegetarian, low-fat, and gluten-free options based on mostly sustainable ingredients organically grown or raised. The beef, chicken, and pork are procured from regional sources and grown with minimal use of hormones or antibiotics. We follow healthy cooking practices and use Zero Trans Fat Oils. In using local companies in our purchasing, we support the regional economy and reduce our carbon footprint. Fresh - not processed - products are used in our kitchens. Our children's menu is also geared toward healthy eating by replacing fried or processed foods with fresh, healthy options.

For the 2020 season, our initial service and until updated, will be take-out only. We will offer a limited menu. Our hours may also be slightly reduced based on daily guest counts. We will add coffee service, including espresso drinks, with some fresh grab-and-go items.
The Lodge at Bryce Canyon Restaurant is consistently rated as one of the area's best dining experiences. A grand stone fireplace graces the 180-seat dining room and delivers just the right amount of rustic elegance for guests who want to enjoy fine food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No reservations are required, and seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Attire is casual.
7:30 am - 10 am
Guests can select from our "Morning Favorites" buffet or order ala carte from our breakfast menu. Our menu features specialties such as the Fairyland French Toast along with Treasure Valley Fair Trade Organic Coffee.
12 pm - 3 pm
Join us for lunch and indulge in our hot and cold selections buffet. For a lighter fare, enjoy one of our chef-made soups or our house-made Elk Chili. We also offer a wide range of salads, sandwiches, and fresh ground burgers to order.
5 pm - 8 pm
Relax after a day in the Canyon and relax in our restaurant for dinner service. Appetizers include a Portabella Mushroom, Quesadilla, or Seared Tuna. Specialty entrees range from vegetarian to land and sea such as Vernal Noodle Bowl, Filet Mignon, or Rainbow Trout.
Our Junior Rangers menu features kid favorites like chicken tenders, Pasta Alfredo or Quesadilla. Parents can choose from side options like Mashed Potatoes, Carrot and Celery Sticks or Mandarin Oranges to complete the dishes.
Special Dietary Requirements
We are happy to work with guests who have dietary restrictions or requirements. Many of our menu items can be prepared gluten-free and we offer many vegetarian options.
