Located in the main lobby, the desk is available to assist with interpretive park and general guest service information. Stop by and say hello!
We do not have an automated cash machine at the lodge. The nearest machine is located a short five minute drive outside the park entrance.
Bryce Canyon Airport, a small private field, is located about five miles from the Lodge. Pick up and drop off guests is available for a fee. Contact the Front Desk at 435-834-8700 to make arrangements.
Our Concierge, located in the main lobby, is happy to assist you with boarding passes.
Business services & free Wi-Fi:
There is free Wi-Fi access in the main lobby and Valhalla cafe. We are also happy to send or receive faxes for a nominal fee.
The Pizzeria will deliver to your room. The main Restaurant will prepare any menu items for "take-out" as well.
Canyon Trail Rides, a separate park concession, arranges rides inside the park. Call 435-679-8665.
The General Store has a coin-operated laundry which is open from 8am until about 7pm (for a last load).v Luggage:
We are not able to hold luggage or any other packages; please be aware that you may need to keep items in your vehicle before check-in at 4 p.m. or check-out at 11 a.m.
Mail drop and postage stamps:
Postage stamps are available for purchase at the concierge desk. We can also accept overnight delivery packages. Please contact the Front Desk at 435-834-8700 for the shipping address.
Mobile phone service:
Please be aware that cell service for calls or texting may be extremely spotty in the park. Depending on your provider, you may not be able to make or receive calls during your visit.
Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in any of our guest rooms or the main lodge. Dogs on a leash may accompany owners to the General Store porch. (Contact the Front Desk for a list of nearby kennels.)
As part of our Forever Earth program, we go to great lengths to recycle in every phase of our lodging, food and retail locations here at Bryce Canyon National Park. We provide recycling containers in every guest room and public areas, and encourage visitors to use them for glass, paper, and plastic. We also encourage guests to help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights when not in use, and to use water conservatively.
The General store has a pay-per-shower area for men and women, open from 8 a.m. to about 7:45 p.m.
